I completed my training in integrative psychotherapy and counselling at Regent's University and hold an additional diploma in the therapeutic use of the arts from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education.
I engage in continuous professional development on a broad range of topics to enhance and update my training. I am also in clinical supervision to support my therapy work and ensure that I am practising in my client's best interests.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework.
Alongside private practice, I work as a clinical assessor at a low-cost therapy centre.
My previous experience includes working within a university counselling service, providing NHS-funded counselling within a multicultural therapy centre, assisting with an art therapy group for older people, responding to young people in distress on a helpline, befriending people in suicidal crisis, and supporting victims of stalking and harassment.
